About Kelli

Kelli Krohne

Kelli is an aspiring artist from Kansas City. She received her BFA from the University of Central Missouri in 2004 studying Commercial Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design. In her free time after graduation, she continued painting with watercolors as a hobby. Most Kelli’s paintings are inspired by photos she’s taken of popular Kansas City landmarks and the Kansas City skyline. She’s even experimented with portraits. She is also the illustrator and writer of a funny, short story comic series titled, “Stella’s Stories.

With encouragement from family and friends, Kelli began selling her paintings online. Her paintings are now hanging in restaurants, offices and homes around the Midwest. Recently she did a major project for the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City. She’s known most for the Postcards and Greeting cards featuring her artwork. They are sold in local stores and coffee shops in Kansas City.
